Led by Dr. Ujjwala Ravindra, our counselling team brings together professionals from diverse fields such as Engineering, Education, Human Resource Development, Personnel Management, and Uniformed & Civil Services. This unique blend of technical expertise and people‑centered insight enables our counsellors to guide students toward meaningful, well‑matched career paths.
One of our counsellors is a former officer of the Indian Armed Forces, trained in special operations, who has served with the Special Duty Group (SDG) and the National Security Guard (NSG). A trained mountaineer and passionate sports enthusiast, this counsellor brings the core values of discipline, resilience, and leadership into career mentoring. Having cleared multiple national‑level competitive examinations, including Civil Services, and having experience as an industrial HR professional and ISO auditor, they inspire students to recognize their strengths, build confidence, and prepare for success in whichever direction they choose.
Coming from simple and humble middle‑class families, our team truly understands the meaning of hard work, perseverance, and the aspirations of parents who dream of giving their children a better future.
